The PENN Regiment III Pro Boat rods are available in 3 different models; from a light 12-20lb version to a heavy duty 30-50lb version. The 32T carbon blanks combined with SLS3 technology are very light and provide a beautiful slim blank that has tremendous power. By using a very sensitive tip you see and feel every take, and the very powerful backbone in these rods ensures that you can put maximum power on a large halibut, for example. The full cork handle ensures a perfect grip and the Heavy Duty DPS reel seat fixes the reel/reel very well to the rod. By using the best SeaGuide XE-SS guide eyes, the rod can be used with both mono and braided line.
