Returning

After receiving the order, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement for 50 days without giving any reason. Returning or sending back an order, or part of it, is very easy. Make sure you have your order number and email address at hand. The order number can be found in the order confirmation you received by e-mail. Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier, the additional costs will be on your account.

It is possible to register a return via the button below. If your return package is longer than 175cm, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to organize your return. It is not possible to register the return shipment via this method.

When you have done this, you can take your package + return label to a post office of the chosen carrier.

If your return package is longer than 175cm, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to organize your return. The return cost for packages longer than 175cm is 110dkk. This amount is withheld during the refund of your purchase.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item via a return. In this case, we recommend that you return the order, request for a refund and place a new order through the website.

In this case, the return costs are for your account, but we will send the correct size to you for free. This is how we share the costs. You can register for a return via this link. In exceptional cases, you may receive a defective product upon arrival. We will resolve this annoying situation quickly and properly. Make sure you have your order number and email address at hand. As soon as we receive the return package in our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a receipt of confirmation. Within a few days after receiving the returned item, the return will be processed by us and you can expect a response by e-mail. In case of refund, the amount will be back in your account within 48 hours. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipment to the return address of Fiskedeal, therefore, you are free to choose a carrier. We recommend that you ship by registered / insured mail, especially when returning valuable items.

No, unfortunately you cannot return the Fiskedeal Gift Card. The gift card is also not exchangeable for money.
