The Chod Lead Extender Boom from PB Products is a product to easily keep your lead away from the mouth of the carp during the retrieve. Attach the ring at the top of the extender to your multi link where you normally attach your lead and the rest speaks for itself. This extender is ideal for fishing with the chod rig or helicopter systems. When you’re fishing with a heavier lead, it can cause the hook to be “thrown” out of the mouth during the retrieve because of the swinging weight. With the extender this is prevented. The extender ensures that the lead always stays at a distance from the mouth of the carp.
