The Riser Bait from Illex is a surface lure with great features. The innovative lip creates an erratic, up-and-down shooting action that occurs when reeled in normally. With this, the Riser Bait imitates a fleeing prey fish. When retrieved quickly, the lure will rise above the surface; when retrieved more slowly, the lure moves just below the surface. The aerodynamic body design is a real advantage in strong winds or when you need to fish at extra long range. This is an essential lure for accurate distance fishing from shore or from the boat, targeting marine or freshwater species. A great lure for all your favorite predatory fish such as predatory bleak, perch, pike, black bass, bass, bonito and baby tarpon.
