The Ultimate Chikara is an ideal baitcasting rod for fishing pike and other large predators. The powerful blank has a lightning-fast action and is perfect for casting medium to heavy lures such as jerkbaits, softbaits, crankbaits and spinnerbaits. The rod features an ergonomic trigger grip for maximum control and balance and is finished with a split handle made from cork and EVA.
The Ultimate Jerkstar baitcaster reel matches the Ultimate Chikara perfectly. The 7+1 ball bearings make the reel runs like clockwork, and the smooth line guide ensures that the line is retrieved nicely. This allows you to cast accurately and far with different types of lures. The reel is built with an aluminium body and spool and equipped with a soft touch crank and precision reverse. The reel can be reeled with the included Ultimate braided line, and a 305m long leader with a drag of 40lbs prevents the line from breaking by the sharp teeth of a pike.
