The Springfield Base is an anodized aluminum base plate for attaching Springfield Plug-in adjustable pedestals for boat seats. The base plate is part of a sophisticated connector system for boat seats. This system makes it possible to install a Springfield Base in different places in the boat, so that you can then use the same chair with leg to create different seating positions on board. This achieves the greatest possible flexibility that also requires little space.
