Poppers are considered by many to be one of the most spectacular baits of predatory fishing. The Cotton Cordell Pencil Popper is a great popper to cast very far with an extreme popping effect! The open mouth creates a lot of resistance and displaces a lot of water during retrieve. In addition, the weighted tail helps to facilitate the powerful action on the water surface. The lure also does a great job in normal retrieving, leaving a beautiful ‘bubble pad’ on the surface.
A great lure for fishing perch, pike or asp.
