These small jig spinners are great for fishing in obstacle-prone waters and for quickly locating spots where predatory fish are active. The Scouta is made of zinc and has an aerodynamic shape, so the light weights can still be cast far and accurately. The Scouta Jig Spinners are fitted with a Gamakatsu Double 21 hook in size #8. The big advantage of this hook is that you can adjust its position in a jiffy and thus respond directly to local conditions.
