Historically, spinners have always been very successful while fishing for predatory fish. This Livingston spinner takes the term spinner to a higher level and can safely be called an extreme high end spinner. The EBS chip ensures that the moment the spinner hits the water biological sounds of a fish in distress are released. It activates predators over twice the surface area than your usual lures. City water or large lake? this spinner can be used with ease.
