The Savage Gear Salmonoid SG2 Stalking is developed for serious stalking fishing with downriggers, dipsy divers, and paravanes, both in salt and fresh water. The lightweight 24/30T carbon blank has a parabolic, forgiving action that beautifully distributes pressure during trolling and absorbs hard runs well, while bites come through clearly. Thanks to the strong DPS reel seat, X-gimbal, and durable components, this is a stalking rod made to handle rough conditions and strong fights effortlessly.
