The PENN Squadron III Travel Boat series offers exceptional value for money and features modern blank action designs combined with stunning looks. The 24T carbon, 4-piece blanks are suitable for drifting wrecks with lures and general bottom fishing for cod, ling, pollock and the heavier versions are also perfect for halibut fishing in Norway. The travel boat rods have the same handle lengths as the regular boat rods, but then the blank has been modified to a 3-piece design; so no concessions have been made to the handle and reel holder positions! Finished with ergonomically shaped high-density EVA handles and saltwater-resistant guide eyes, these rods are built to last and fit perfectly in your suitcase.
