This true Japanese hybrid (nylon and fluorocarbon) monofilament main line has a specific gravity of 1.32x heavier than water, making it sink super fast. Hybron is unimaginably abrasion resistant, has less elongation than nylon and has little memory, which also makes the line almost impossible to kink. This top line combines all the good qualities of both nylon and fluorocarbon, but without the disadvantages. Ideally suited for fishing crowded or fished waters, when the lines need to sink really well or for fishing near obstacles.
