The SLP “Super Low Profile” is Lew’s lowest profile baitcast reel design. This compact design is made possible by the innovative 32mm smaller diameter spool, designed for faster takeoff and acceleration than larger spools, while not sacrificing power and performance. The SLP design provides a lower centre of gravity when the reel is mounted on the rod, so combo balance is improved and operating the reel is truly a breeze with this.
