The Korda Surface Float is a quality floater, made in a white colour. This colour is very noticeable from the bank in different weather conditions. Furthermore, the white colour can make the difference. When the carp looks up from below the surface the white colour stands out much less in the light than the striking colours of standard floats. This ensures that the carp will start baiting with less suspicion, and you will get more bites. Also, the set up with a standard controller float often causes entanglement during the cast. This is where the power of this Surface Float lies. It does not dive deep into the water, so the carp are not unnecessarily frightened. In addition, the Float has excellent anti-tangle properties.
By using Hydro Dynamic Technology (HDT), it was possible to calculate exactly how much air was needed in relation to the amount of material used. This makes this a product that does exactly as Korda envisioned, cast after cast. The Floater does not use any additional lead but still casts perfectly. Really innovative is the way the main line goes through the float. A silicone sleeve further ensures that the swivel stays in place during casting, also giving it exceptional anti-tangle properties.
