The Westin W3 Dropshot 3rd Generation is designed for dropshotting with maximum sensitivity and direct contact. The super soft tip provides perfect control over the movements of your soft bait and the dropshot weight, while the lightweight Torayca carbon blank ensures good sensitivity. At the same time, the rod has enough backbone in the butt and mid-section for a solid hook set, even at a distance in rivers and lakes. Ideal for light to medium dropshot weights and fishing with thin lines, from the shore, boat, or belly boat.
