The ‘Spinner Rig’ is one of the most popular and effective rig presentations for carp fishing today. Unfortunately, tying this rig can be tricky and time consuming. Korda is responding to this with these QC Ready-Tied Booms.
The Korda QC Ready-Tied Booms are made of fluorocarbon. On one side there is a loop and on the other side a quick change swivel. This makes it incredibly easy to create a ‘Spinner Rig’. All you have to do is open the QC swivel with a crimping tool, just enough to attach a hook. Then you pinch it closed again. Put a Kicker on the hook to fix it in place and add a Micro Rig Swivel and Hook Bead to complete the rig. A small amount of Dark Matter putty can be used around the loop knot if needed to balance your hook bait.
