The combination of a very long, straight point (with micro barb), a medium long hook shank and a slightly outward hook eye make this hook extremely aggressive prodding. This is the ideal hook for chod /stiff rigs. The usually stiff and slightly thicker underline material used for such rigs can be put through the hook eye several times effortlessly due to the extra large hook eye of the Chod-X.
