The fastest “easy to set up” shelter has now gotten even better with the introduction of the phenomenal Tempest RS 150 Camo. Attached to the shelter is the well-known patented hinge block, making it very easy and quick to set up. Setup time, usability and functionality have been further improved with the patented Rapid Knuckle System, which allows all five main ribs to be locked in one effortless motion. Simple, secure and strong, setting up your shelter has never been simpler. Additional enhancements to the Rapid Shelter include a built-in canopy to minimize water infiltration into and around the door. This canopy can even be enlarged further for even more protection with the addition of a Skull Cap. The back of the shelter has been made flatter than its predecessor, striking an optimal balance between internal storage space and aerodynamics, so it will fit more easily on the smallest cuttings.
Airflow through the shelter has been improved with Adaptive Ventilation on six vents (four in the back and two in the front), allowing airflow even while it is raining. To stay cooler in the summer, the four rear windows can be fixed to create shaded areas, which, when used in conjunction with a Skull Cap, can lower internal temperatures by several degrees. For optimal storage, there are four internal pockets, two on each side and two in the front. Those in the front have a hanging loop where you can store essential items, such as your receiver or even your jacket for when you need to quickly get out of your shelter for a take in inclement weather.
