The Penn Slammer III is a real powerhouse made for either boat or shore fishing. The reel features an IP67 sealed body and spool design which keeps water out of the gearbox and drag system. The body, sideplates and rotor are made of metal. The reel also features the new Sealed Slammer drag system with Dura-Drag capable of fighting even the biggest fish. The Penn Slammer III is suitable for both fresh- and saltwater use.
