The money-back guarantee from Fiskedeal guarantees that the delivered products meet the required specifications. If you however believe this is not the case then Fiskedeal will, if the return policy requirements have been met, return the full amount (including the return delivery charge) within fourteen days if the products you received are different from the products you ordered, or Fiskedeal “herstelzending”.

Fiskedeal guarantees that the delivered products meet the quality requirements set by the manufacturer. The warranty offered by Fiskedeal is the same as the manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

a) claims as a result of improper use;
b) claims as a result of deliberate damage; or
c) claims as a result of negligent treatment

Nor does this warranty cover claims as a result of repairs, modifications or alterations done by anyone other than Fiskedeal, or without the consent of Fiskedeal.
